What is SnagBidder?

 SnagBidder is a new penny auction website based in the USA.  You can save upto 99% on items that you may pay much more for in retail shops.  We auction off fantastic products at an unbeatable price!

When will my auctions be deleted if I do not pay?

We will give you a week to pay. If you do not pay within one week, we will delete your winnings. No bids will be refunded.

 How does it work?

 1.     Register with us on the home page, enter your details.  You will automatically receive 3 SnagBids for free.  We will not ask for any card details at this time.

 2.     Purchase a SnagBidder package of your choice and receive 7 free bids for purchasing your first package.  Alternatively, you can start off using your free bids from signing up.

 3.     Browse our current live auctions and choose a product.

 4.     Bid on the product of your choice.  Once your bid has been placed, the auction price will increase by 1 penny and the timer is reset back to 1 minute or more.

 5.     Sit back and watch!  Whichever user has the current bid placed when the auction timer reaches zero will win the product.  You can place as many bids as you want on a product, the best way is to place your bid right at that vital moment.

 Is SnagBidder an international site?

Yes, we accept members from all international countries.  If you do reside outside the United States and you win an auction, you will have to pay extra for shipping.  The amount needed for shipping will be calculated depending which country you live in and will be emailed to you at the end of the auction.  Therefore, we recommend that you choose the paypal cash exchange amount so you do not incur extra shipping fees.   

I have won a product, what do I do now?

 The winner will receive an automatic email from our system with instructions of what to do now.  You only need to pay the price of what the auction has ended at and for delivery.  After payment is received, you will need to provide us with a delivery address for your product.  Please note, this has to be a valid US address, no P.O Box allowed.  Items are sent mostly as special delivery and will need to be signed for.

How can I pay for my product?

All of the payments made through SnagBidder are processed by PayPal. You do not need to have a paypal account to send a payment, just chose instant payment by Credit/debit card by clicking on the section on the left of the paypal page which says: 'Use your credit card or bank account'

This will allow you to pay instantly without having to sign up to paypal. Paypal is one of the most secure payment methods online.
SnagBidder cannot see any of your credit or debit card details, it is all processed via paypal.  

How long do I have to wait for my winning product?

We will despatch the item as quickly as possible, using special delivery.  Please allow up to 10 working days to deliver your product.  Thank you.    

I am a new user, any tips on using Snagbidder?

1.     Start off using your free bids.  Try bidding on smaller products.  You have a better chance of winning as more of our users go for the bigger products.

2.     Wait until the countdown is nearly at 0:00 when bidding.  You may just place the winning bid.

3.     Try bidding early in the morning or late at night when there are less users online.

4.     Start bidding now!  This site is new, because of this you have a greater chance of winning as there are not as many users as other competitors such as madbid.com and swoopo.com

 Can I exchange my gift cards for paypal cash?

Yes! You may exchange items won for CASH! Look in the item description area of each auction and you will see how much cash you can receive  if you wish to exchange for cash. Note that it will be less than the value of       the gift card.

 Are my details safe?

Yes they are.  We only ever require you to enter card details or ask you to pay through Paypal when you purchase your bids or when paying for your winning product.  This is done through a secure system which has been approved.  Please note, your username will be seen by other users when you place bids.  This is so other users can watch for bidding activity.  We never share any details with third parties.

How Long will you ship e-gift card or any other auctions?

We will ship out all orders within 5 days after payment.
